- Supervising all youth riders under the age of 16

- Following local and state laws regarding Powersports use

- Understanding and adhering to vehicle capacity limits and safe speed guidelines

 G2G Powersports is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage arising from improper use of our products.

All products sold by G2G Powersports are intended for recreational use. By purchasing any Powersports vehicle or accessory, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Powersports activities inherently involve risk, including the possibility of injury, damage to property, or even death.

- You assume full responsibility for the use and operation of any products purchased from G2G Powersports.

- It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are used in a safe and lawful manner, in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.

By purchasing any products or engaging in any activities related to G2G Powersports, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release G2G Powersports, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability for:

- Personal injury, including but not limited to accidents, injury, or death.

- Property damage, theft, or loss.

- Any other harm or damage resulting from the use or misuse of Powersports products.

 G2G Powersports will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

All sales are final, no exceptions.
